JMSC definition

JMSC means the Joint Marketing and Sales Committee formed by the Parties to develop marketing strategies and plans for the Products and to coordinate Product marketing and sales activities, as further described in Section 2.2 hereof.
JMSC or “Joint Manufacturing and Supply Committee” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.4 (Subcommittees).
