Subject to Section 2.3, actions by the JMSC pursuant to this Agreement shall be taken through the mutual agreement of the representatives of both Parties on the JMSC.
Neither Party shall call more than two (2) additional meetings per Calendar Quarter for the JMSC under this Section 2.6 without the other Party’s consent.
Each Party shall bear its own costs of participating in the JMSC.
