  • Nothing in this provision shall authorize withholding of retainage from any Sub-Contractor if JMAA does not withhold retainage from Contractor.

  • If it is later determined that the Contractor or Sub-Contractor knowingly rendered an erroneous certification, the FAA may direct through JMAA cancellation of the contract or subcontract for default at no cost to JMAA or the FAA.

  • MAA means a marketing authorization application filed with the EMA after completion of Clinical Studies to obtain Approval for a Product under the centralized European filing procedure or, if the centralized EMA filing procedure is not used, filed using the applicable procedures in any European Union country.

  • JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • EMEA means the European Medicines Evaluation Agency or any successor agency thereto.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4 (Joint Commercialization Committee).
