JM Financial definition

JM Financial has the meaning attributed to such term in the recitals of this Agreement.
JM Financial shall have the same meaning given to such term in the Preamble;
JM Financial as part of the name of the Company: The Debenture Trustee shall, if so directed by the Majority Debenture Holder(s), be entitled to accelerate the redemption of the debentures along with all applicable outstanding dues if the Company fails to maintain “JM Financial” as part of the name of the Company at all times during the tenure of debentures without the consent (which shall be provided within 15 business days from the date of the receipt of the request letter from the Company) of the Debenture Holder(s), Upon such request for acceleration, the debentures shall be redeemed by the Company within a period of 21 (Twenty One) Business Days.

  • Parent Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a).
