JLK as used herein, shall at all times mean JLK Direct Distribution Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, successors and assigns, its affiliated and predecessor companies or corporations, its divisions, their successors and assigns, their affiliated and predecessor companies or corporations and the present and/or former directors, officers, shareholders, employees, attorneys and agents of any of them, including but not limited to Kennametal, Inc., J&L Industrial Supply, and Full Service Supply, whether in their individual or official capacities, and the current and former trustees or administrators of any pension or other benefit plan applicable to the employees or former employees of JLK in their official and individual capacities.
