JL Intellectual Property definition
JL Intellectual Property means all patents, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, copyrights, computer software, domain names, customer lists and tangible and intangible proprietary information and materials owned by or licensed to the JL Entities, including applications for registration therefor and all goodwill associated therewith and symbolized thereby and all common law rights and trade name rights.
Examples of JL Intellectual Property in a sentence
The Selling Parties shall discontinue all use of the JL Intellectual Property (and any term or content confusingly similar thereto) as soon as practicable after the Closing, but in no event later than 10 days after the Closing.
To the Knowledge of the Selling Parties, no third party is infringing upon any JL Intellectual Property.
