The Contractor shall ensure these children receive timely access to appointments through coordination with DCFS or JJS.
The CONTRACTOR shall coordinate services and supports that reflect the least restrictive level of care with the CYFD PS, Behavioral Health Services (BHS), and Juvenile Justice Services (JJS) divisions, including discharge planning.

The foregoing license will expire at the end of the JJS License Period, and upon such expiration RealSelect will use commercially reasonable efforts to cease all use of the Jutvision for Java Software and will use commercially reasonable efforts to purge all Jutvision for Java Software from its servers.

If the non-secure Contractor wants to interview the youth for an assessment to assist in making a safety decision prior to deciding to accept the youth for placement, the Contractor must contact the JJS within one working day to interview the youth and/or family.
