Group Life Coordinators who are assigned in writing to facilitate agency-approved treatment curricula for youth offenders shall be paid a differential of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour for time spent in actual youth group facilitation and for time not to exceed one (1) hour, used for preparation and post group documentation in the Juvenile Justice Information System (JJIS).
In addition to the other reporting requirement of this Agreement, during the term of this Agreement, the County shall ensure that all OYA required data fields are entered into JJIS, unless a different process is approved by OYA.
This information provision requirement also applies to providing information on funded services not tracked in JJIS.
County shall enter all youth specific service data in JJIS that is required for tracking services under this Agreement.

Data shall be collected and reports submitted by the Provider in such a way as to permit data integrity verification against the Juvenile Justice Information System (JJIS), invoices, and quarterly narrative reports.
The Provider shall maintain data on a monthly basis in each individual participant (youth) file and shall enter data into JJIS as required.
The Provider shall be responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into the Juvenile Justice Information System (JJIS).
