JJIS definition

JJIS is the Juvenile Justice Information System administered by OYA under ORS 420A.223.

  • Group Life Coordinators who are assigned in writing to facilitate agency-approved treatment curricula for youth offenders shall be paid a differential of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour for time spent in actual youth group facilitation and for time not to exceed one (1) hour, used for preparation and post group documentation in the Juvenile Justice Information System (JJIS).

  • The Provider shall maintain data on a monthly basis in each individual participant (youth) file and shall enter data into JJIS as required.

  • The Provider shall be responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into the Juvenile Justice Information System (JJIS).
