JHT or the “Borrower”), JHT ACQUISITION CORP., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”) and each of the other entities listed on the signature pages hereof, each a debtor in the Chapter 11 Case (as defined herein) (collectively, with the Borrower and the Parent, the “Debtors”), GENERAL ELECTRIC CAPITAL CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (in its individual capacity, “GE Capital”), as Agent (defined below) for the several financial institutions from time to time party to this Agreement (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually each a “Lender”) and for itself as a Lender.
