Examples of JFT in a sentence

  • The JFT shall exist during the period of time in which at least one (1) Jointly Funded Product/Indication is being Developed or Commercialized, subject to Section 4.8 of the body of this Agreement.

  • The JFT shall have no responsibility and authority other than that expressly set forth in this section.

  • The JFT shall be composed of one (1) representative from each of Prothena US and Roche Nutley (“JFT Members”).

  • The JSC shall oversee and monitor the direction and course of the activities to be conducted under this Agreement, and shall oversee the JRT, JDC, JFT, and JCC (to the extent each subcommittee or team exists).

  • Each Collaboration Party shall bear all the expenses of its representatives on the JFT.

  • Both Collaboration Parties may invite a reasonable number of additional experts and/or advisors to attend part or the whole JFT meeting with prior notification to the JFT.

  • Roomer means a person occupying a dwelling unit that lacks a major bathroom or kitchen facility, in a structure where one or more major facilities are used in common by occupants of the dwelling unit and other dwelling units. Major facility in the case of a bathroom means toilet, or either a bath or shower, and in the case of a kitchen means refrigerator, stove or sink.

  • SBD means Standard Bidding Documents.

  • Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.

  • Team Leader means a registered nurse appointed as such for a nominated period as specified by the employer. Only one registered nurse shall be so appointed at any one location at any one time. Team leaders shall carry out such supervisory and resource management duties as are reasonably required and shall receive an allowance as set out in Item 1 of Table 2 - Allowances, of Part B.
