JFL Securities means the shares of Common Stock held on the date hereof by J.F. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ity Investors I, L.P. or JFL Co-Invest Partners I, L.P. together with all Securities in respect of such shares of Common Stock.
