JFC Dispute has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(c).
Examples of JFC Dispute in a sentence
If the Executive Officers are unable to reach a resolution within [***] of such referral then the JFC Dispute shall be resolved through arbitration as provided for in Article 15.
If the JEC is unable to reach a resolution within [***] of the referral of the JFC Dispute to the JEC, either Party may refer such JFC Dispute to the Executive Officers for resolution.
