JetBrains Toolbox definition

JetBrains Toolbox means the set of Products which are subject to this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, JetBrains Toolbox does not include JetBrains team productivity software or services such as YouTrack, TeamCity, Upsource, or Hub, or any other software, services or products which do not fall within the definition of Section 2.2 and which are subject to different terms and conditions.
JetBrains Toolbox means all of JetBrains individual developer productivity software (as identified on the JetBrains website). For the avoidance of doubts, JetBrains Toolbox does not include team productivity software and services such as YouTrack, TeamCity, UpSource or Hub or any other software, services or products other than those identified from time to time by JetBrains as individual developer productivity software. Software, services or products other than individual developer productivity software may be subject to different licensing terms.

  • JetBrains reserves the right at any time to cease the support of the JetBrains Toolbox and to alter prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions, terms of use, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of the JetBrains Toolbox.

  • This Agreement, including the Third-Party Software license terms, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning its subject matter and supersedes any prior agreements between Customer and JetBrains regarding Customer’s use of any Products in the JetBrains Toolbox.

  • JetBrains or “We” means JetBrains s.r.o., having its principal place of business at Xx Xxxxxxxxx XX 0000/00, Xxxxxx, 00000, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X, Xxxx 00000, ID. No.: 265 02 275.

  • Rack means a mechanism for delivering motor vehicle fuel or diesel from a refinery or terminal into a truck, trailer, railroad car, or other means of non-bulk transfer.

  • Online tool means an electronic service provided by a custodian that allows the user, in an agreement distinct from the terms-of-service agreement between the custodian and user, to provide directions for disclosure or nondisclosure of digital assets to a third person.

  • Automotive windshield washer fluid means any liquid designed for use in a motor vehicle windshield washer system either as an antifreeze or for the purpose of cleaning, washing, or wetting the windshield. Automotive windshield washer fluid does not include fluids placed by the manufacturer in a new vehicle.

  • Waterworks System or “system” means a system of pipes and structures through which water is obtained and distributed, including but not limited to wells and well structures, intakes and cribs, pumping stations, treatment plants, storage tanks, pipelines and appurtenances, or a combination thereof, actually used or intended for use for the purpose of furnishing water for drinking or household purposes.

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

  • low-vision means a condition where a person has any of the following conditions, namely:—

  • Antenna coating means a coating labeled and formulated exclusively for application to equipment and associated structural appurtenances that are used to receive or transmit electromagnetic signals.

  • Fiber means a glass strand or strands which is/are protected by a color coded buffer tube and which is/are used to transmit a communication signal along the glass strand in the form of pulses of light.

  • Cart means a plastic Container with a hinged lid and wheels that is serviced by an automated or semi- automated Collection vehicle. A Cart has capacity of 20, 35, 64 or 96 gallons (or similar volumes).

  • Filter means material placed in the useful beam to preferentially absorb selected radiations.

  • Drainage system means one or more artificial ditches, tile drains or similar devices which collect surface runoff or groundwater and convey it to a point of discharge.

  • Autocycle means the same as that term is defined in Section 53-3-102.
