The JDPT shall be responsible for monitoring, facilitating and coordinating the Discovery Program and shall organize such meetings as are appropriate and necessary between the Parties to coordinate and complete the Discovery Program successfully.
Each Party may designate one of its representatives on the JDPT also to be a representative member of the JSC.
