JDIG has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Examples of JDIG in a sentence

  • In any year that the Company does not meet the job creation targets specified in its JDIG Agreement with the State, the Town has the right to withhold its Grant payment to the Company.

  • This contingency only applies in those years when funds are available to the Company from the JDIG program.

  • Company shall not qualify for County Grant payments in any years of the Grant Period in the event that in such year the Company does not qualify for the JDIG program monies.

  • JDIG job requirement thresholds will be used to determine eligibility for payment of grants incentives in any given year.
