The parties agree that ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (JDE) Applications products, Managed Cloud Services and SaaS/Cloud services will be further negotiated following execution of this Contract for inclusion by amendment upon agreement of terms and conditions of both parties.
For the avoidance of any doubt, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (JDE) Applications products are excluded from this Contract; Customer may not order any JDE Application products under this Contract.
