Meetings of the JDAC shall be held at least quarterly and may be called by either party with not less than ten (10) working days notice to the other unless such notice is waived, and meetings shall be held at the office of the party not calling the meeting, unless otherwise agreed.
The JDAC shall prepare written minutes of each JDAC meeting and a written record of all JDAC recommendations, whether made at a JDAC meeting or otherwise.
