  • Meetings of the JDAC shall be held at least quarterly and may be called by either party with not less than ten (10) working days notice to the other unless such notice is waived, and meetings shall be held at the office of the party not calling the meeting, unless otherwise agreed.

  • The JDAC shall prepare written minutes of each JDAC meeting and a written record of all JDAC recommendations, whether made at a JDAC meeting or otherwise.

  • DAC means the Departmental Academic Committee of a concerned Department/Program of Study of the University;

  • Collaboration means the communication and decision-making process among health care providers

  • Development Team means and includes the Applicant, Owner, Developer, General Partner, Qualified Management Company, and HC Consultant identified as such in the Application.

  • CMC means chemistry, manufacturing and controls.

  • Novartis shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
