Examples of JCPT in a sentence

  • On a periodic basis (to be agreed upon) each Party will provide to the JCPT a comprehensive Detailing report, including, for example: number of Details, the use of sample packs (if any), and such other details concerning frequency and other similar Detailing data, including coverage by specialty, number of group Details, as may be mutually agreed upon.

  • The chairperson of a JCPT will be responsible for preparing reasonably detailed written minutes of such JCPT meetings that summarize the discussions had and action items identified at such meetings.

  • The Owner and Architect each shall require similar waivers from the CMAR, consultants, and/or agents.

  • The role of the chairperson shall be solely to convene and preside at meetings of the JCPT and to ensure the preparation of minutes, and the chairperson shall have no authority, power or rights beyond those of other JCPT members.
