JCC Development definition

JCC Development means JCC Development Company, L.L.C., a Louisiana limited liability company.
JCC Development shall have the meaning assigned that term in the Recitals to this Agreement.
JCC Development means JCC Development Company, L.L.C., a Louisiana limited liability company and wholly-owned Subsidiary of the Corporation.
