JCB Card definition

JCB Card as used herein shall mean an authorized, unexpired card or any other account, valid in all respects, bearing the service marks, trademark(s) and or trade name of JCB and a design of blue, red and green bands or in such other design style as may, from time to time be determined by JCB (including amendments by JCB) which cards will be in the form, from time to time issued by (1) BDO or (2) other banks, business entity, corporation or any other form of organization with which BDO or JCB International has a valid agreement with respect to the use of either or both of the service marks of JCB.
JCB Card means any debit, deferred debit, charge or credit card issued by Japan Credit Bureau and bearing the JCB logo.

  • If You accept JCB Cards, You must securely retain original JCB Sales Drafts and JCB Credit Drafts for a period of at least 120 days from the date of the JCB Card transaction and You must retain microfilm or legible copies of JCB Sales Drafts and JCB Credit Drafts for a period of at least three (3) years following the date of the transaction.

  • Marukai Corporation currently provides the Marukai JCB Card feature of regular-fee “regular” Marukai memberships charged at $10.00 annually.

  • Marukai Corporation currently provides the Marukai Hawaii JCB Card feature of membership only with “regular” Marukai memberships and not with reduced-fee “senior” Marukai memberships unless you agree to convert your reduced-fee “senior” Marukai membership to a regular-fee “regular” Marukai membership.

Related to JCB Card

  • SIM Card means the subscriber identity module which when used with the appropriate mobile phone handset enables you to access the Network and to use the Mobile Money System;

  • MasterCard means MasterCard International Incorporated.

  • Card means credit, debit, smart or other charge or pre-paid cards branded as follows: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro (subject to the Codes of Practice).
