For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Agreement addresses or impacts in any way the terms of the Common Partnership Units issued to Executive under that certain Unit Issuance Agreement entered into as of July 18, 2017 by and between Executive, the Company and JBG ▇▇▇▇▇ Properties LP.
