JBEs and “JBE” are defined on the Coversheet.
JBEs have the meaning defined in the coversheet of this Agreement.
JBEs means the Judicial Council and any other California superior courts.

JBEs means and includes any or all of the following entities of the State of California: the Supreme Court; the Court(s) of Appeal; the Superior Court(s); and the Judicial Council.

Master Agreement #MA-SF202144 “Judicial Branch Entity” or “Judicial Branch Entities” means the Establishing JBE and any other California superior or appellate court, including the Supreme Court, the Judicial Council of California, and the Habeas Corpus Resource Center.
