JAWS Spitfire refers to JAWS Spitfire Acquisition Corporation, a Cayman Islands exempted company, prior to the Closing. “Legacy Velo3D” means Velo3D, Inc., a Delaware corporation (n/k/a Velo3D US, Inc.), prior to the Closing.
