JAWS definition

JAWS means JAWS Technologies, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, whose common shares trade on the NASDAQ National Board in the United States of America.
JAWS has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement.
JAWS shall have the meaning set forth in the fifth Recital.

JAWS means Jaws Acquisition Corp. (which, prior to the Domestication, is an exempted company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands and after the Domestication will be a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware and will be referred to as the “Company”).

Related to JAWS

  • Routes means that part of the Network specified in Schedule 2; "safety authorisation" has the meaning ascribed to it by regulation 2 of the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006; "safety certificate" has the meaning ascribed to it by regulation 2 of the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;

  • Chain pharmacy warehouse means a physical location for prescription drugs that acts as a central warehouse and performs intracompany sales or transfers of the prescription drugs to a group of chain pharmacies that have the same common ownership and control.

  • Campsite means any place where bedding, sleeping bag, or other material used for bedding purposes, or any stove or fire is placed, established, or maintained for the purpose of maintaining a temporary place to live, whether or not such place incorporates the use of any tent, lean-to, shack, or any other structure, or any vehicle or part thereof.
