Jail facility definition

Jail facility means a jail, holding cell, holding center, or lockup as those terms are defined in section 62 of Act No. 232 of the Public Acts of 1953, being section 791.262 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
Jail facility means any building, structure, enclosure, institution, or place, whether permanent or temporary, fixed or mobile, where persons are or may be lawfully held in custody or confined, that is operated by a county or city and county.
Jail facility means any of the jails operated by the Authority referred to herein as either Jail Facilities or Tazewell Jail Facility.
