Jade Credit Facility definition
Jade Credit Facility means the delayed-draw term loan facility (in a maximum amount not to exceed the sum of the commitments thereunder and under the Jewel Credit Facility on the Effective Date), dated as of the date hereof, among Pride of Hawaii, LLC, as borrower, the Parent, the lenders from time to time party thereto, the Facility Agent, the Collateral Agent, the Documentation Agent and the Hermes Agent, which shall (i) be secured by the Norwegian Jade vessel and (ii) indirectly finance, in part, the construction and acquisition costs of the Vessel.
Jade Credit Facility means the €126,075,000 delayed-draw term loan facility, dated on or about the date hereof, among inter alia, POH, as borrower, the Parent, the Lenders from time to time party thereto, KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH as facility agent and the Collateral Agent.
