JACA definition

JACA means the Joing Account Control Agreement, dated as of January 30, 2014, among Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Capital LLC, Citibank, N.A., ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bank, N.A., ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mortgage Capital Holdings LLC, Bank of America, N.A., Barclays Bank PLC, UBS AG, by and through its branch office at 1285 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York, ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, N.A., Texas Capital Bank, National Association, Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch, Buyer and Seller, as the same may be amended from time to time.
JACA means that certain Amended and Restated Joint Account Control Agreement dated as of June 28, 2013 among the Seller and its warehouse providers, as amended and restated from time to time.

  • If the Buyer is not already a member of the Japanese Akita Club of America (JACA), the Breeder agrees to sponsor the Buyer's application to join JACA and pay for the Buyer's first year of membership.
