JAC Common Stock means the common stock, $0.0001 par value per share, of JAC.

  • JAC’s authorized capital stock consists of 15,000,000 shares of JAC Common Stock, of which 1,819,482 shares are issued and are outstanding as of the date of this Agreement, and 1,000,000 shares of Preferred Sxxxx, $.0000 par value, of which no shares are issued or outstanding as of the date of this Agreement.
