As used in this Section 3, the term “Jabil” means Jabil Inc. and its current or future parents, subsidiaries and affiliated organizations and its or their current or future: (i) pension, profit-sharing, savings, health, and other employee benefit plans of any nature as well as the plans’ respective trustees, insurers and administrators; (ii) directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, representatives and shareholders; and (iii) successors and assigns as well as the heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns of the persons or entities referred to in this Section.
