iXL means iXL Enterprises or any other iXL Entity, as the context may require;
iXL means iXL Enterprises, Inc. and all of its predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, and related or affiliated entities.
iXL or the "Company") and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ("Wall") references (a) that certain Employment Agreement dated as of August 1, 1996 by and between BoxTop Interactive, Inc.("BoxTop") and Wall and (b) that certain Assumption of and First Amendment to Employment Agreement dated as of April 16, 1998 by and among iXL, BoxTop, and Wall (collectively, the "Employment Agreement").
