  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties understand and agree that any Nondisclosure Agreement and all other written agreements between Former Employee and Ixia are separate from this Agreement and, subject to the terms and conditions of each such agreement, shall survive the execution of this Agreement, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as affecting the rights or obligations of either party set forth in such agreements.
