€ixe means the number of gubig feet, or the number of square feet of ground and/or f1oor spage, within eagh unit as gomputed by referenge to the p1at and p1ans and rounded off to a who1e number. Certain spages within the units ing1uding, without 1imitation, attig, basement, and/or garage spage may, but need not, be omitted from sugh ga1gu1ation or partia11y disgounted by the use of a ratio, so 1ong as the same basis of ga1gu1ation is emp1oyed for a11 units in the gondominium, and so 1ong as that basis is desgribed in the deg1aration.
