Additional design work and other tasks may only begin after written approval from the IWRP Program Coordinator and RCD Executive Director.
The Consortium Manager’s purpose is to perform the specific Consortium Management duties as specified in the OTA between the Government and IWRP, as well as provide support to the operations of IWRP as determined by the IWRP Executive Committee.
The Executive Committee may, at its discretion, refer certain proposed amendments to the full IWRP membership for validation by a majority vote of the membership.
Each Member retains the right to engage independent research and activities that may compete with, or be contrary to, the goals of the IWRP.

IWRP Members will pay non-refundable annual dues every October 1st in the amounts listed as follows: $1,500 for large businesses and $500 for all others (small businesses, academic institutions, and nonprofits).
During the start-up period of the IWRP a Formation Committee will convene to guide the establishment of the Consortium.
