Examples of IWL Returns in a sentence

  • Except as set forth in Section 3.12 of the IWL Disclosure Schedule, each of IWL and its Subsidiaries has paid all Taxes required to be paid with respect to such IWL Returns and has withheld with respect to its employees all federal and state income Taxes, FICA, FUTA and other Taxes it is required to withhold.
