Unless specifically agreed otherwise, any extra insurance and/or taxes and/or fees and/or charges incurred by breaching IWL and/or trading in ice bound waters, including but not limited to ice pilot, ice advisors, ice breaker fees, extra port expenses (tugs/pilotage/etc) shall be for the Terminal Party's account.
