IVD Instrument definition

IVD Instrument means an instrument compatible with regulatory approval as an in vitro diagnostics medical device (e.g., via certain software controls) comprising of a Single Molecule Array (SiMoATM) Aurora IVD instrument analyzer as described in the PDR (Exhibit 1). The IVD Instrument shall be developed by STRATEC and sold to QTX or a partner of QTX under the Supply Agreement in accordance with the Project Parameters.
IVD Instrument means a complete diagnostic Xxxxx-branded or Xxxxx and BioNano co- branded instrument comprised of the BioNano Instrument Components supplied to Xxxxx by BioNano under this Agreement.
IVD Instrument means equipment or apparatus intended by the manufacturer to be used as an IVD medical device.
