  • The Borrower and the Association hereby agree that the obligations set forth in Sections 9.03, 9.04, 9.05, 9.06, 9.07 and 9.08 of the General Conditions (relating to insurance, use of goods and services, plans and schedules, records and reports, maintenance and land acquisition, respectively) shall be carried out by IUT DOUALA pursuant to Section 2.03 of the Project Agreement.

  • The Borrower shall implement, beginning with the 1998-1999 academic year, a program satisfactory to the Association, for training and deploying on an annual basis a sufficient number of teachers at IUT DOUALA to increase the number of these teachers whose salaries are paid by the Borrower from 31 for the 1997-1998 academic year: (i) to 41 for the 1998-1999 academic year; (ii) to 52 for the 1999-2000 academic year; and (iii) to 71 for the 2000-2001 academic year.

  • The Borrower may, in addition, open and maintain in CFA Francs, for the benefit of IUT DOUALA, a second generation special account of the Special Account in the same commercial bank and on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Association.
