IUP Permits means [the Investigative Licence Agreement dated May 9, 2013 between Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of British Columbia and DevCo which expired on May 9, 2018 in respect of the Lands as defined therein and includes any permit, licence or agreement issued as a renewal or replacement thereof in connection with Crown Land Tenure Applications];

Other than the IUP Permits and Met Mast Licence, DevCo is not a party to any leases or agreements in the nature of an interest in land (including all amendments, renewals, extensions, assignments, occupancy agreements, subleases, agreements to lease and agreements to sublease) and does not have any rights to any leased real property or other interests in land, whether as lessor or lessee.
