Examples of IUP Permits in a sentence

  • Other than the IUP Permits and Met Mast Licence, DevCo is not a party to any leases or agreements in the nature of an interest in land (including all amendments, renewals, extensions, assignments, occupancy agreements, subleases, agreements to lease and agreements to sublease) and does not have any rights to any leased real property or other interests in land, whether as lessor or lessee.
