IUP definition

IUP means the Intended Use Plan, a document prepared annually by the Department, after public review and comment, which identifies intended use of all State Revolving Fund program funds and describes how those uses support the overall goals of the State Revolving Fund program.
IUP means an Indonesian mining business permit (Izin Usaha Pertambangan).
IUP or “Intended Use Plan” means Section C of the BHO-submitted and DBHR-approved Local Provider Intended Use Plan for the Washington PATH Application for federal funding. For purposes of this Program Agreement, the BHO’s IUP is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as Exhibit B.

Examples of IUP in a sentence

  • Eligibility for occupancy automatically ends upon withdrawal or termination of enrollment as an IUP student.

  • For protection and maintenance of the Property, the Landlord hereby provides Notice to Tenants that maintenance/repair visits will take place during the “Christmas break” between Fall and Spring semesters at IUP; or may occur during any other school break or time period wherein student Tenants may be expected to be absent from the property for more than 3 successive days.

  • Should the Organization wish to terminate the agreement prior to the completion of a semester/term, any student intern(s) will have the opportunity to complete their IUP field experience.
