ITWS means Vanguard’s Institutional Trading Website, at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx or such other address as Vanguard may designate from time to time, which permits the transmission and submission of Orders and certain other communications with respect to transactions involving shares of the Funds.

Examples of ITWS in a sentence

  • Log onto ITWS and select “Processing Status” from the “Functions” menu.
