ITT Process definition

ITT Process means, with regard to the Purpose, the relevant procedure provided for in the PCR which the Authority has elected to use to select a contractor, together with all relevant information, correspondence and/or documents issued by the Authority as part of that procurement exercise, all information, correspondence and/or documents issued by the bidders in response together with any resulting contract;
ITT Process means the entire procedure conducted by the IBC to select and appoint the Successful Respondent(s) for the provision of the Services and the subsequent negotiation, finalisation and execution of the Agreement(s).
ITT Process means, with regard to the Purpose, the relevant procedure provided for in the PCR which the Buyer has elected to use to select a contractor, together with all relevant information, correspondence and/or documents issued by the Buyer as part of that procurement exercise, all information, correspondence and/or documents issued by the bidders in response together with any resulting contract;

  • Accordingly, the Authority may disclose the contents of this Agreement to potential bidders in the ITT Process, for the purposes of transparency and in order to evidence that a fair procurement process has been followed.
