ITT Document definition

ITT Document means, in respect of a particular Qualifying Project, the document, which will be made available to each Qualifying Bidder invited to submit a Bid for that Qualifying Project and which sets out the rules and requirements of the ITT Stage;
ITT Document means, in respect of a particular Qualifying Project, the documentation, which will be made available to each Qualifying Bidder invited to make an ITT Submission for that Qualifying Project and which sets out the rules and requirements of the ITT Stage;
ITT Document means this document, including all appendices, annexures, schedules and other documents related hereto.

  • Credit Document means any of this Agreement, the Revolving Loan Notes, if any, the Collateral Documents, the Asset Purchase Agreement, any Receivables Purchase Agreement, the Servicing Agreement, the Backup Servicing Agreement, the Custodial Agreement and all other documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered by Company or Holdings for the benefit of any Agent or any Lender in connection herewith.

  • Transport Document means a document which evidences a contract of carriage and the taking over or loading of goods by a carrier, made out in the form of a bill of lading or consignment note or of any other document used in trade;

  • Policy Document means this Policy wording the Schedule (which is attached to and forms part of this Policy and includes any Annexure or endorsement to it and, if more than one, then, the latest in time) and the Proposal Form.
