ITT Destinations definition

ITT Destinations means ITT Destinations, Inc., a Nevada corporation, to be renamed "ITT Corporation" immediately prior to the Effective Time.
ITT Destinations shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
