STSMA means the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act 8 of 2011, as amended and include the Regulations issued under the said act;
CSC means the Civil Service Commission of the City and County of San Francisco.
Foster parent means an individual who operates a home that has been approved by the Department to provide care for an unrelated child or young adult placed in the home by the Department.
Plastics means synthetic materials chemically formed by the polymerization of organic (carbon-based) substances. Plastics are usually compounded with modifiers, extenders, and/or reinforcers and are capable of being molded, extruded, cast into various shapes and films or drawn into filaments.
CSP means a Member or a Special Member, which action on behalf of itself or one or more other Members or non-Members, participates in the PJM Interchange Energy Market, Ancillary Services markets, and/or Reliability Pricing Model by causing a reduction in demand. Customer Facility:
FCAA means the Federal Clean Air Act, as amended.
FTI means FTI Consulting Canada Inc.;
Sustainability Structuring Agent means X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC, in its capacity as sustainability structuring agent hereunder.
We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.
PCA means Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1971.
We/Our/Us means the Underwriters named in the Schedule.
Cannabis retailer means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains usable cannabis from cannabis cultivators and cannabis items from cannabis manufacturers or cannabis wholesalers, and sells these to consumers from a retail store, and may use a cannabis delivery service or a certified cannabis handler for the off-premises delivery of cannabis items and related supplies to consumers. A cannabis retailer shall also accept consumer purchases to be fulfilled from its retail store that are presented by a cannabis delivery service which will be delivered by the cannabis delivery service to that consumer.
Tabarru’ means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.
Clergy means any regularly licensed or ordained minister, priest, or rabbi of any church or religious denomination, whether acting in an individual capacity or as an employee or agent of any public or private organization or institution.
Procurement Management means the Director of Lee County’s Procurement Management Department or designee.
RDSO means the President of the Republic of India or the Administrative Officers of the RDSO or of the successor RDSO authorised to deal with any matters which these presents as concerned on his behalf.
Supply Chain Management All aspects of supply chain management, from the initial sourcing phase through customer delivery (e.g., procurement, sourcing management, inventory management, catalog management, ordering/purchasing, invoice tracking, storefront/shopping cart, warehouse management, returns management, logistics/transportation).
MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;
SHCP means Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, the Borrower’s Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
Renewable Resources means one of the following sources of energy: solar, wind, tidal, geothermal, biomass, hydroelectric facilities or digester gas.
Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.
SONIAi means the SONIA Reference Rate for:
SONIAi-pLBD means, in respect of any London Banking Day “i” in the relevant Interest Period, the SONIA reference rate for the London Banking Day falling “p” London Banking Days prior to the relevant London Banking Day “i”.
AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract
Environmental and Social Management Framework or “ESMF” means the framework disclosed in country on September 13, 2010 and at the Association’s Infoshop on September 14, 2010, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, setting out modalities to be followed in assessing the potential adverse environmental and social impact associated with activities to be implemented under the Project, and the measures to be taken to offset, reduce, or mitigate such adverse impact.
TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.
