ITP Agreement definition
ITP Agreement means the definitive agreement to be entered into by and between the Company and the Applicant should this Application be approved.
ITP Agreement means the agreement between MAFFFL and its ITP Agent.

For the purposes of this provision, “salary” means fixed cash salary in-kind benefits in the form of meals or housing in accordance with the guidelines of the Swedish Tax Agency in the case of commission, bonus salary and similar variable salary forms: the average value thereof in accordance with the norms that apply under the ITP Agreement for determination of pension-qualifying salary.
