Examples of ITO Services in a sentence

  • Supplier has carefully reviewed ABM’s requirements, has performed all due diligence it deems necessary, and desires to perform and manage such ITO Services for ABM and the Eligible Recipients.

  • Subject to Section 9.5, Supplier shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Services using current technologies that will enable ABM to take advantage of technological advancements in the ITO Services industry and support ABM’s efforts to maintain competitiveness in the markets in which it competes.

  • Supplier represents and warrants that the Services shall be rendered with promptness, due care, skill and diligence and shall be executed in a workmanlike manner, in accordance with the accepted practices of first tier providers of ITO Services and the Service Levels.

  • Collectively, the ITO Services and the BPO Services shall be referred to herein as the “Services”.

  • If the Benchmarker finds that the Charges paid by ABM, in the aggregate, for the benchmarked Services or any benchmarked Functional Service Area are greater than the lowest twenty-fifth percentile (25%) of the prices charged by other well managed ITO Services providers for work of a similar nature, type or volume, (the “Benchmark Standard”), the Benchmarker shall submit a written report setting forth such findings and conclusions.

  • The Parties have agreed (i) to delete Section (B) and Section (C) from Schedule 11.4, and (ii) that the termination fees described in the amended and restated Schedule 11.4 shall apply only to the termination of the ITO Services, and (iii) that the termination fees applicable to the BPO Services, as set forth in Exhibit B of Addendum #1, remain in full force and effect.

  • There is no fee payable by Sightholders that elect to receive the Standard ITO Services that, as at the date hereof, are set out in Appendix A to these Conditions.

  • GSS’s liability shall not in any event exceed (i) in respect of the Standard ITO Services, US$250,000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand United States dollars) and (ii) in respect of the Planned ITO Services, the Supply Planning Fee (whether or not attributable to the Planned ITO Service which was not provided) to the extent paid, or to be paid, in respect of the invoicing period during which the default occurred.
