ITL Note definition

ITL Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to a Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit I-1 hereto, evidencing the Indebtedness of the Borrower to such Lender resulting from the Initial Term Loan made to the Borrower by such Lender or its predecessor(s).

  • o Note The account name to which EFT payments will be paid is to the name submitted on Part II of this form. • Routing Number: Enter the bank or financial institutional nine-digit routing number, including applicable leading zeros.

  • New Note shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 38.

  • Original Note shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Initial Note means each initial Governmental Lender Note registered by the Comptroller and subsequently canceled and replaced by a definitive Governmental Lender Note pursuant to this Funding Loan Agreement.

  • Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Lender evidencing Loans made by such Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
