Items Left Behind. Any items left behind will be deemed to have been abandoned by the Resident. Student Housing & Residence Life will discard any items left behind after the term specified in Section 2.0 of this Agreement, the date of withdrawal by the Resident, or the date of termination of the Resident’s occupancy by Student Housing & Residence Life. Student Housing & Residence Life is not responsible for mailing back items to the Resident and will not compensate the resident for items that have been discarded. The Resident agrees to indemnify Student Housing & Residence Life for any costs, damages, or other expenses arising out of, or in any way connected with, the disposal of items left behind by the Resident.
