Item information definition

Item information means the section of the solicitation or contract, as displayed in ProcureAZ, containing the solicitation or contract line items.

Item information means the following information with respect to an item: Check or item number, amount, payor account number and paying bank routing number.

The Seller is the owner of the Service and the information provided in the Service is protected under section 49 of the Swedish Copyright Act (referred to as "database protection"). The Purchaser grants the Seller the right to the item information and grants the Seller a right to amend and process the recorded item information. The Seller has a right to make the item information in the item database available for sale to third parties in Finland and abroad without the publisher's consent in each individual case.
