ITDS Contract definition

ITDS Contract means the Software License, Maintenance, and Subscriber Billing Services Agreement by and between Nextel Communications, Inc. (the successor of Fleet Call, Inc. and SMART SM. of California, Inc.) and International NEXTEL FINANCE COMPANY SEPTEMBER 26, 2000 CUSTOMER CARE AND BILLING SERVICES AGREEMENT CONFIDENTIAL BOSTON 2293071v3 Telecommunication Data Systems, Inc.
