ITC Bonds definition

ITC Bonds. Each series of Transition Bonds issued pursuant to the ITC Indenture and any related series supplements, as authorized by the PUC under Section 2812 of the Competition Act.

  • In addition, if the ITC Bond Documents are terminated for any reason (including upon repayment of the ITC Bonds), then, upon the occurrence of a Servicer Default, the Agent may designate as Servicer any Person acceptable to the Agent to succeed PPL Electric as Servicer.
